Shipping
Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. An order is considered complete once all information for the order is received (FFL, FOID, FID, Permit, etc.).
We can not ship ammunition Post Office Boxes, a Street Address is required.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for each order. Shipments will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided on most orders. Tracking numbers are not available on some shipments.
Any order processed with a flat rate shipping amount or free shipping (Coupon Code, Promo, Customer Group Discount, etc) will be shipped by the carrier of Recoil Gunworks' choice regardless of the method/carrier selected during checkout.
All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns require a RMA number. Please call or email Recoil Gunworks before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt. Any return or exchange initiated after 10 days will not be accepted.
***A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges.***
No returns on ammunition, guns (see firearm transfer procedures ), and closeouts. No Returns or exchange for superficial damage to packaging as long as the actual product is not damaged.

Defective items are not warranted by Recoil Gunworks. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.
When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEx. Recoil Gunworks does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
Shipping Fees
Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days or shipment. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. After 14 days we will file the claim with the carrier and either reship your item or process a full refund. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversize items and orders, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Recoil Gunworks and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.
Order Cancellations
Customers are able to cancel an order anytime before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business (5:00PM EST) the day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
International Orders
We only ship to the CONUS. No international orders.
